U102.3 mhz is owned and operated by Rhattigan Broadcasting, a corporation who owns and operates radio stations in 5 different markets throughout Texas.

At 4,000 watts, U102.3 blankets Uvalde County and covers the major portions of Edwards, Frio, Kinney, Medina, Real and Zavala Counties. Latest Census Bureau projections indicate the population of this seven county area is 85,837 of which 56.3% (48,326) are identified as being Spanish surnamed or of Hispanic background.

During the important morning and afternoon time periods, listeners are kept informed with up-to-date local news and events in the area.
